OVERVIEW

At Emilio's Fabrication, we strive to provide high-quality fabrication services and products. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and service adjustments. This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) while addressing the specific nature of our custom fabrication business.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Eligibility for Return

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they remain in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Custom-fabricated items made to your specifications are generally not eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided for all returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at emilio@emiliosfabrication.com to notify us of your intention to return a product.
  2. You must return the item to our premises at your own expense.
  3. We recommend using tracked shipping methods as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Include your order details and reason for return with your shipment.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed for the purchase price, excluding the original shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-faulty returns.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

Fabrication Services

  • You have 14 days from completion to report any faults in our fabrication work.
  • We will assess any reported issues and determine if the fault is due to our workmanship.
  • If we determine that we are not at fault, we reserve the right to charge for any requested adjustments or modifications.
  • To report a fault, contact us with your order details and a clear description of the issue.

Vehicle Modifications

  • While we strive for excellence in all our work, we are not responsible for issues arising from vehicle modifications unless a clear manufacturing or installation fault is identified.
  • Any identified faults must be reported within 14 days of service completion.
  • We reserve the right to inspect any claimed fault before determining appropriate action.

WARRANTY

  • Our workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase/service completion.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.
  • Parts supplied by us carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will honour in accordance with the manufacturer's terms.
